Shipping & Furniture Delivery Information |

We will ship or deliver your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best furniture delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal furniture delivery experience. Unfortunately, for some of our furniture there are certain areas which we do not service. Some furniture is inherently fragile and we prefer not to take the risk in delivering certain products. You may still purchase from us and decide to utilize your own freight company or pick up the furniture yourself.
Once your order ships, we will notify you via email. In most cases, there will be a tracking number for your shipment so you can track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. For any local in-home furniture deliveries, or white glove deliveries, we will contact you via phone to confirm the delivery.
We have three methods of shipment: Local White Glove Delivery, National White Glove Delivery, and Truck Freight Delivery

Our local in home delivery service includes the following areas
Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and Monroe Counties.
Our standard in-home-delivery service provides you with a two-man delivery crew, to the inside of your residence and to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights contact us. The product will be opened and assembled for you.
This service is available in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and Monroe Counties. |

NATIONAL-HOME FURNITURE DELIVERY AREAS
The following map indicated furniture delivery areas that we service under our national white glove delivery service.

• White Glove Preferred Delivery
Our standard in-home-delivery service provides you with a two-man delivery crew, to the inside of your residence and to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up one flight of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights contact us. The product will be opened and assembled for you.
This service is available nationwide in all of the continental USA

Please note the following on white glove deliveries: You must inspect the product when utilizing this service. You will be asked to sign the documentation, indicating that you received the furniture in good condition. If there is any damage to the product please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign.
If the merchandise is not damaged, you will have to sign that you received the merchandise in good condition.
Truck Freight
In home delivery is not available in all areas. In those cases, the best option is to ship it to you using a common carrier. Truck freight is different than in-home delivery in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it's going). Truck Freight also differs from Small Parcel in that, for residential deliveries, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment.
You must inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If any boxes have any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. If the damage is severe, refuse the shipment and note it accordingly on the Bill of Lading. If a damage has occurred, please contact us.
International Shipping
Loft Sofa is happy to process your order for shipment overseas. We properly package and transport your furniture to the shipping agent of your choice ( Freight Forwarder ). We have found that this option offers the most affordable and efficient way to deliver furniture to our customers in the Caribbean, South America and Central America. Purchases for shipment overseas must be made in person in the store, or via wire x-fer. If you have any questions regarding this please contact us.

Small Parcel
Whenever possible we will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items we sell. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 6 business days (1 to 10 business days for USPS) after it leaves the warehouse.
GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING OUR FURNITURE DELIVERIES
Assembly – Set Up
We only provide assembly on furniture when utilizing our preferred white glove delivery service. Unless you utilize this service, assembly is entirely your responsibility and we take no responsibility for any damage to the furniture, as a result of incorrect assembly. Please contact usif you need a professional to assist you in the assembly of your furniture.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse; each lead time varies based on many different factors. We indicate lead times to you during the purchasing process.
Free Shipping
We generally do not provide free shipping. The truth of the matter is that companies that provide free shipping usually built the freight into the price. Loft Sofa does not do this since we offer several different shipping options; furthermore, many of our customers pick up their own merchandise and want the lowest possible price.
Returns
All orders fall under our Standard Return Policy.
