Do you have a
showroom?
Yes, we do.
The Loft Sofas Showroom address is: 2450 Biscayne Blvd, Cu 105, Miami FL 33137
Our showroom features two floors of modern furniture.
We are located at the intersection of NE 25th St and Biscayne Blvd (US1)
Where do you
deliver?
We deliver furniture anywhere in the 48 continental states.
Miami Dade Deliveries are $80. Broward Deliveries are $100
Most locations nationwide outside of florida the delivery is a flat $375 for
most sofas.
Deliveries outside of Florida need to add an
additional two weeks delivery time.
Do you
have furniture in stock?
Many items that we offer are stocked in our Miami warehouse facilitys.
If you are doing a custom order or a color that we do not have in stock
your order will take 6-8 weeks.
Do you
provide inside placement?
We provide inside placement for all deliveries.
How
will I know when my furniture will be delivered? When your furniture is about to be delivered we will call you and
schedule a delivery time, which is convenient for you. Our delivery team will arrive within the
appointed time. They will deliver unwrap and set up your new sofa.
If you are outside of the florida area our national white glove
delivery service will deliver directly into your home, unwrap and setup your sofa.
What kind of leather do you use on your leather sets ? Is it real
leather ?
We use top-grain leather on all our sets
How often do you get new styles and colors in stock? Every week. And we update our website daily with new items and deals.
What is your
cancellation policy?
All custom order sales are final.
All Sales are final, any cancelled orders are subject to a 25% of sofa
price restocking fee. If order has been delivered to your
home delivery will be deducted as well.
Do you ship to
Canada?
Yes we have shipping available to canada.
Do you ship to
Alaska and/or Hawaii?
No we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
Do you ship your contemporary sofas overseas?
We have many customers who order from overseas however
orders to South America and Europe will be shipped via customers own
choice of freight forwarders. All Sofas are very well packaged for
shipment. If your furniture is going overseas the order must
be paid for by credit card in the store with ID. If you are
located outside of the country you may pay via bank transfer. ( When
you order we will provide you with details ).

Do you have a
layaway plan or provide any type of financing options?
We do not offer financing or layaway at this time.
Can I pay with a
DEBIT Card?
Yes, you can as long as you have the Visa or Master Card
logo displayed on your debit card. Please note, many debit cards have a
security precaution, which limits how much you can spend in one-day. If
you are experiencing a problem at the check out page where your debit
card is rejected, the solution is very simple. Please call up your
debit card bank issuer (the phone number is on the back of the debit
card). Tell your bank representative that you are making a large online
purchase in the approximate amount of $xxxx; this way the bank will
increase your spending limit for your purchase. Now you can go back to
the check out page and complete your order.
Is there a sales
tax?
The 7.0% Florida sales tax is applied only Florida bound shipments and
to all pick-ups from our Florida locations.
Is it
possible to obtain a leather swatch?
Yes we can send you a swatch of the fabric / leather please call or e-mail us
with your name, address and the color # that you are requesting.
This all seems
too good to be true. What's the catch?
No catch, simply no middleman. We run everything from manufacture to retailing thus
control the quality and bring low prices direct to you. As you can see we have a
deeper selection of colors, styles and sizes than anyone and prices that represent a great value.
Is it
possible to establish a commercial furniture-vending account with The
Loft Sofas?
Yes, we do welcome vending and commercial designers accounts.
We are able to make custom furniture for your locations
ranging from a couple of pieces up to an entire building. View our
section under custom sofas to see just how large we can make your
sofa.
Do you rent out
furniture for special projects, shows and events?
No we do not rent our furniture, however we can recommend some companies that do this.

business or a special event planner looking for specific designs to
meet you criteria?
We are here to help! We can help you draw up the plans and recommend
you the best suited furnishing for your space and budget.Our success

What is your
Guarantee?
The Loft Sofas offers a one-year limited warranty on all merchandise we
sell.
All structural supports and framing are guaranteed.
All Fabric is guaranteed from defects in manufacturing.
All Fabric Sofas feature removable fabric for easy cleaning if you
happen to spill a drink.
All Sofas will provide comfortable support for years to
come.
Ordering Policy
Upon placing order there is a 50% deposit required. Balance is due before delivery. No exceptions
Any orders canceled will be subject to a 25% restocking fee on total cost of sofa. No exceptions
Any secondary trips to deliver sofa will be charged to customer. ie if customer not at home during scheduled delivery time.
Any
custom/special orders are non refundable. Custom orders are custom
sizes or non stock colors, this is necessary because custom designs are
made specifically for your home or office. Custom designs production
generally starts within 1 day of your order. After production has
begun there are no changes to size, color or design.
All
sofas are very well packed, with hard cardboard, bubble wrap and a
thick mesh covering so there are rarely if ever damages to the
furniture. However if you have damage to your sofa when you recieve it
please note it on the manifest. We will exchange or repair item or
issue a refund subject to managements decision.
Any returns MUST BE
NOTED, with a full description of damages, on the front of the manifest or bill of
lading in order to be recognized as valid. |
